I started a thread a few days ago about how I would love Tiago Splitter. Well another guy who intrigues me is Al Faruq Aminu. This would be only if Paul leaves.

He had a 26% defensive rebound rate which is astounding and runs the floor really well and plays with a lot of energy. This guy is built for running fast breaks.

If Paul were to leave, he would be extra depth on the wing.

Hes kind of an old school forward in that he cant really shoot but just is all hustle.

I feel like the mid level exception could sign him.

Remind me, do we get a new mid level contract every off season or is it taken up with courtney lee?

Yeah he is a nice piece.  We used the MLE on Jason Terry last year.  If we can trim some money and get under the apron we can use the MLE or we would have to use the mini-MLE which is Ray Allen's deal with Miami.
