Time to find some more lucky charms - at least that is my mission in life. I pray to the Supreme Leprecahn he giveth me the strength to ward off all that is evil with the NBA and that the city I reside in gets a basketball team soon before I retire to the J E T boneyard in Arizona.

Speaking of which, I hope J E T can knock in some more 3 pointers like he did Sunday and he did previously for Dallas and Atlanta way back when. OLE Reliables will show up to play today and play very well. We need work out of young reliables AB, JG, and BB. The danger is foul trouble and having to rely on a non-reliable bench beyond JET. Courtney Lee, do you still exist on the team or has your twitter account been hacked to say "Doc is a horrible coach"

See you in the chatroom and CNLS radio.
The beatings will continue until morale improves

I think T-Will will have an impact on this game in a good way.

Gameplan (in my book)...

1. Have Lee guard JR Smith. Pierce is too slow and Bradley is too small. Basically, whenever JR is on the court, Lee should be too. So we still start Bradley, Pierce, Green, Bass, Garnett, but Lee comes in (probably for Pierce) early. Added bonus: Pierce is rested for the 4th quarter.

2. Keep Bass on Melo! Nobody can deny it worked in game 4. When Bass isn't in the game, have Green on Melo.

3. Get Terry going early with a few jumpers or PnR's. Terry plays best when he's confident, and he's confident when he makes his first few shots.

4. PLAY SHAV!!! Give him a short leash, because it is an elimination game, but we can't let Kenyon Martin keep producing against whatever tiny frontcourt we trot out.

5. Don't let Bradley handle the ball. Bradley should be a defender, a corner three shooter, and a cutter. Nothing more.

Do these, and we have a good shot.

Here's hoping that you don't have to open it tonight...save it for June or something.

Best of luck Celtics nation.
Stay classy, San Diego. Hello, Baxter? Baxter, is that you? Bark twice if you're in Milwaukee. Is this Wilt Chamberlain? Have the decency to say something.

I feel tha Celtics winning this game. I think they will play hard and fight to play another day back home in Boston. But they have to play and act like they want it for 48 minutes, not just for 24.

I hope Doc goes deeper into tha bench instead of just using Crawford and Terry. I hope to see Lee for that extra defense on Smith and Felton. I also want to see Shav for his hustle and rebounding and T-Will for his ball handling abilities.

Let's go Celtics. Let's bring it back home.

celticsfan....thanks for the game thread one more time. you have really made this a great season to follow on cb. a tp as usual for you.

let's see whether doc goes for broke and gambles with matchups and bench players. i think the celtics can bolt to an early lead, they do that quite well so far in the series.

the question is whether doc and the team can sustain their offense, or, whether they team will degenerate - one more time - into a pack of jump shooters who dont pass the ball or take good shots.

i am really hopeful that this series will go down in celtics history as one of their finest moments.

goooooooooooooooo celtics!!!! ;D
I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.
