Could either of the following get it done? If not, what would?

1. Bradley, Melo, 16th pick
2. Bass, 16th pick

less than it would to get Dwight Howard. Kanter is a better investment.

Really? I think that's a bit of an overstatement. Maybe to get Jefferson, but Kanter hasn't shown he can contribute for 30 minutes a game, even if he does have a ton of upside.

My trades were probably a little too in favor of the Celtics, yours a little too in favor of the Jazz.

  • Rondo doesn't believe in easy buckets...
Jeff Green and absorbing a bad contract(not sure the Jazz have one) would be my guess.

Other than that I don't see us having anything to bargain with.

Kanter was a third overall pick, so I would guess you need a likely top ten 2014 draft pick.

Utah is willing to let both Millsap and Jefferson walk so they can give Kanter and Favors the car keys.

I think Who is right: it would likely take Rondo to get Utah to part with Kanter.

If Big Al wasn't in the way, Kanter would already be a 15-10 big man. Not many starting centers putting up numbers like that in the league. Young talented.skilled big man. 6-11 260lbs. Very valuable. More valuable than any non-Rondo assets Danny Ainge has at his disposal.

Yep.

Though I'd want to get Gordon Hayward too.
