Official word is a left adductor strain.  Apparently his left wrist is giving him problems too.  No timetable given, status uncertain for Monday's game against the Heat.

Really hoping it isn't serious.

Well the good news is that Glenn doesn't think it's serious, since he's been SO upfront and accurate about KG's health in the past.  ::)

Ugh I hate this. I hope it's not too bad and that he can recover quickly.

If he can't play on Monday they have little to no chance of winning.

Doesn't sound major...I expect him back sooner than later.

It was time for him to take another break, anyway....he won't shut himself down, so perhaps this is a blessing in disguise.

Worse case scenario is that he misses Monday's game - Oh Well.

Best case is that he's off for a few games, and is fresh for our playoff run.

Is anyone still driving the "Free White/Randolph" train or has that movement gotten derailed?

No, worst case scenario is the injury is a lingering injury that will bother him for the rest of the season.

We already been down that road (09-10).

He'll be fine...c'mon, Man.

When you said "Worst case scenario" I thought you really meant "Worst case scenario". "Worst case scenario" is not him missing just one more game. Also, nobody knows for sure if he will be "Fine". He could be, he might not be. I'm just saying.....hes 36, 37 years old and nobody really knows how serious the injury is or if it will linger or not.

I can be confusing sometimes - let me explain - I stated worse case in him missing Monday's game is that we are all looking forward to MIA.

But If he misses that game (and a few others), I can live with it as long as he'll be fresh for playoffs.

Celtics Camp doesn't seem alarmed, so I won't be, either.

As far as we know, he just won't play tonight - and will suit up on Monday and we'll snap MIA's 22 game streak - just like we did to HOU exactly 5 years ago to Monday:

I definitely feel this is just a rest game and basically a coaches dnp. If he misses Miami I'll be worried.
