Green is having a very good all around game tonight
He plays better as a starter.
Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

Dribbling up the court quickly on the fast break and then pulling up for a jumper is probably one of the hardest things  in basketball.
Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.
