Randolph is an energy role player. And honestly every team needs one of those. I don't think he has any talent offensively but so what, that's not his job. He's there as a sparkplug.
Grab rebounds, play defense, scramble for loose balls, and play pedal to the metal. For a 10th man on the roster that's pretty much exactly what you want.
If Randolph can continue to play like he did against he Bobcats he will earn himself a roster spot.
