i think i am getting my jump-timing back..rebounding shotr blocking...along with gout and syatica in the same leg...ugh....  :D

Atlanta is hot shooting right now, they go a bit cold, we blow them away.

No way Josh Smith continues to hit those threes. He will shoot them, but not make them.
Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

secret weapon at my gym...major league steam room....cannot even see in there...but it gets ya loose in the winter..takes the edge off....try those hot dog shaped foam rollers on the hamstrings, calves, quads...? I use them....and everything else...LOL...i could use some oil....guess i will have to settle for a coors light...mighty cold..!
