If your life was on the line, where you would only live if your player made a 3-pointer on their first try, who would you want shooting it?

1) Brandon Bass
2) Chris Wilcox
3) Fab Melo

  • Rondo doesn't believe in easy buckets...
Bass.

He can probably knock them down with ease in non-game situations.

Yep, Bass. Easy game.

At some point, I think I may have heard some ridiculous stories of guys hitting like 97/100 threes in practice (Terry, maybe?). I honestly can't remember. But I'd be really curious to know if any one has heard of that one or any others... bet it really is insane how well they shoot the ball in non-game situations.

I've heard something crazy about Bird, like he would only miss a couple shots per practice. Don't remember the numbers exactly, but he practically never missed.

Even watching them during warmups you can get an idea of just how good they are in non-game situations.

I thought he was one of those guys with a very set range. One foot out of the midrange, and he can't hit it nearly as well. He's never made a three in his NBA career, and he doesn't attempt them.

Maybe we should be glad we don't have Josh Smith and his erratic shooting, and we have last years Mr. Consistency! Too bad, nobody's called him that once yet this season.
