Since I know a lot of people havent been watcihng hornet games, this is a good video showing Austin at his best. I personally love his game and he is an NBA player. He didnt need to stay in school as you can see in this vid.

The young man looks absolutely fearless. It's going to be a lot of fun watching him grow as an NBA player. He seems like a very nice kid, too, which just makes it easier to root for him.

Go Austin.

he is an NBA player.

6 points and 2 assists at 35% shooting for a SG picked at #10...

55% from the FT line...

Those are horrible statistics. He definitely isnt a lock for the NBA yet.

I wish him well, but he's been horrible this year.

I looked it up the other day; he ranks 450th out of 450 players in "win shares".  That's not my favorite stat, but ranking dead last in the NBA can't be good.

He's the worst player in the nba who's gotten meaningful minutes, and he's probably worse than many of the players who haven't gotten any minutes.

"Fearless," in a vacuum, is neither good nor bad.

One of the huge red flags for him was that he is "fearless" like Kobe, and thinks he's kobe, and models his moves after kobe, but lacks the size, athleticism, and skill to do kobe things. In that case "fearless" becomes "irresponsible ignorance."

I've only heard of and see him when he played against the C's. Otherwise, I don't follow. Poor kid. I hope it gets better.
