Obviously they are going to re-sign him and obviously he is going to make gigantic dollars.  So as a Ravens fan I was thinking, how can they sign him and not take up huge cap space and I came up with something like this.  12 year, 150 million with 75 million guaranteed (or something like that).  Gets Flacco more years and more total dollars than anyone ever but by making it 12 years, the Ravens can put the cap number at just over 12 million a year rather than 20 or so that he will probably get.  And obviously that is a ton of guaranteed dollars and total dollars, but Flacco has never missed a game and it isn't like his style in the type where you would expect a lot of injuries.

Gets him paid but doesn't cripple the team's cap.

Thoughts?
