Surprised. The forum is younger then I thought. For some reason I assumed most on here were over 40.

Agreed. I see fans from the 50s and 60s so they can't be that young.

wow, the drop off after 40 is huge! I wonder if all of us in the 20-40 range will still be here when we are in our 50's and 60's

A higher % of us would still be on such a site at that age because we are the internet generation.

Just like the video game demographic keeps getting older.

36 for two more months.

I find it is harder to recall how old I am as the years go on.  (not that it takes more then a couple of seconds, it just doesn't flow off the mind like it did when I was 9)

Same. I'm just a mid-teen, I just don't care so much for my age. I rarely celebrate my birthday even ;D

I didn't have this mental issue until I was 21.

I wonder what the connection could be....

My guess?  The age drop off isn't as huge as it looks--young guys are more eager to cough up their age.

Same. I think the natural tendency is to assume you're debating with peers... in age at least... just like you typically do in everyday life.

It's cool to see young fans so involved -- changes my perspective a bit.

I am 66 (going on 67).  I have learned how to turn on the computer.  Unfortunately, according to my husband, I haven't learned to turn it off yet.  (My mother, who is 88, doesn't use the computer...but she is sharp enough to if she wanted to...)
