As well as Reggie Jackson has played for them, i assume this is just to be the 3rd/emergency pg now that Maynor is gone.

Still, Fisher is garbage.
Reggie Jackson has done a really good job for OKC.

I hope they don't bench him for Fisher.
Sadly given how much they played him last year I think this will happen.

Yeah I wouldn't be surprised.

He consistently was exploited when I watched OKC play.
When I watched him in the playoffs I thought he was a pretty average backup PG.  At 37, he's obviously gonna have trouble on point guards but I think he did a great job at starting the second unit's offense and hitting 38% of his 3s.
He played 22 MPG, which is way too many minutes.

They were using him as a SG or rather Westbrook as a SG I guess a lot of those minutes. Fisher hurt the team on the court for all that he might have done in the locker room.

He hit his threes at a good rate but I don't think he did anything else for them and he slowed them down.

Who else did they have though?  The Thunder rely heavily on their spacing, and Fisher did his job, hit all of his FTs, and got them into their offense when Westbrook was off the court while only turning the ball over .3 times a game.

I never said he did a lot for them Snakehead, but he held his own.  Better than any other young PG without a team could've done in the playoffs, and he brought far more experience than any of them.

Thabo should have played every minute they didn't need Fisher bring to ball up the court. He got essentially the exact same minutes as Fisher and is a much better player.

Wow, didn't realize Thabo played so few minutes.  Fisher wasn't hurting the team with his play, he was hurting them by stealing a better player's minutes.  Complete coaching fail, you're 100 percent correct.

So glad we got rid of Collins because of this.

x1000.

It astonishes me how reluctant a lot of coaches are to go with an 8-man rotation even in the playoffs (unless there's injuries).
