this game feels just like last night even though close we are not in control at all. one night we attack the next we shoot nothing but jumpers. mind boggling and dumb. it all lays at the feet of one guy.
LET'S GO CELTICS!

Bass is leading our team in minutes  ???

This is why we're losing. He's getting killed defending the paint.

I hope Doc makes a line up change to start the 2nd half.
Put Wilcox in instead of Bass.
Put Green in instead Lee.

Wilcox
Garnett
Green
Pierce
Bradley

Fight big with big. dammiiiitt!

But we all know Doc is stubborn and doesn't make adjustments.

Courtney Lee really stinking it up since the trade.

  • It's not hard to work hard.
Maybe I'm not as smart as you guys, but I kinda think the C's are losing because Utah has a ton of capable post guys and we have nobody to guard them outside of KG. C's have 48 points, right about where they should be--they are just getting murdered on the boards, have to double Al/Milsap, and giving up 3's on their doubles. Because they have no bigs. I don't know what Doc is supposed to do about that.

And if you say "Fab Melo" ...no.
McHale's favorite ruse is putting paper in the mouths of sleeping teammates. "Try using one of these cocktail napkins," he said. "When just the edge sticks out of a guy's mouth, it looks like he's got fangs. The best part is when he wakes up."

Usually makes them after a 20 game assessment. :'(

I agree. But when we had bigs, Doc always played small ball.

ADJUSTMENTS is the key.

We can match up size wise. We got Wilcox and KG. Why not let them guard the post. And we have Green and Pierce that both can play the 2 3 and 4 spot. Why not utilize them in a way that would match up defensively and would help us offensively too.

But Doc will NEVER make any adjustments.
He sticks to his old ways.

Apropos of nothing but is young Terrance Wms in the Doc-house? Six minutes last night and dnp so far today despite rest being a priority.  At this rate, might not stick with the club.
