Doc's post game comment will be:
"It's a hit and miss game... we missed a lot of shots that we normally made"...

this is the story of our season...
our shooters are not playing like shooters..

Your spot on, it's always the same speech. "It's a make or miss league, and we missed some good looks tonight" LOL

Maybe this is what we should tell our supervisors whenever we mess up at work ... "sorry, boss, but it's a make-or-miss business, and we just missed today"  ;D

Yep, I'm going to try that one tomorrow

Better hope Danny Ainge is your boss

Lilliard owned Bradley tonight.

Lillard was 5-16

so no.

Liliard split the defense and got to the hoop or created an open shot off his penetration on many key plays down the stretch when Bradley was on him. Not to mention the key rebounds he came up with.

One play doesn't tell the whole story, given that play was one of the most important of the game, but overall Lillard did not OWN Bradley.

You just want to put the blame on someone.

It was multiple plays. I thought Bradley was supposed to stop the opposing guards from doing this to us now that Rondo is out and is not reaching for steals and playing matadore defense.
And its the same thing with Rondo, blaming him for "not keeping a guy inbetween his knees" when you can see him getting hit with a pick to free up his man.

yep, that's the point I'm trying to make. You can't blame our poor defensive stretches on Rondo, and Bradley is not some defensive savior. It's our team defense that wins or loses games, but fans around here are too quick and adamant to blame it on Rondo or give the credit to Bradley. Of course Bradley didn't get owned tonight, just wanted to make a point.

Can Claver shoot? He looked like an oversided, young Noccioni. He could be pretty good.

Crawford and Williams better realize quick that they are not the primary shooting options on the floor.

Jason Terry not getting it done. Hope Williams can replace him by the playoffs. Like the matchup issues.
