Boston Sends: Pierce, KG, Terry, Barbosa
Boston Recieves: Josh Smith, Odom, Devin Harris, Zaza, Willie Green

Atl Sends: Smith, Harris, Zaza, Randolph
Atl Recieves: Bledsoe, Jordan, Butler, Barbosa, Cash (for barbosa)

Lac Sends: Jordan, Bledsoe, Odom, Butler, Green
Lac Recieves: Pierce, KG, Terry, Randolph

Boston gets Smith + expirings. With stern predicting a 20% increase in revenue the salary cap should go well beyond 58 mil. Convience smith to take around 13 mil and find a way to dump bass or lee contracts and Celtics are looking at the ability to offer a max deal.

Atl can move Hortford to the 4, get a nice asset in bledsoe and still have ablitily to offer max deal next season.

Lac becomes the sure favorite in the West if not the NBA and have a killer rotation.

Paul, Billups
Crawford, Terry
Pierce, Barnes, Hill
Griffin, Randolph, Thompkins
KG, Turiaf, Hollins

What team says no?

BTW I dont want a KG/Pierce trade.

Boston says Heck NO!

Everyone other than Smith is useless on a rebuilding team (which the C's would be without Pierce and KG), and Smith is not nearly as enticing without KG and Pierce to allow him to slide into a more comfortable role.

If the goal would then be to get Smith (and Rondo) to entice D12 to Boston, then it might be worth it. You'd have to surround those three guys with lights-out shooters at the 2 and 3 though (like Redick/Korver types)...

IF we decide to blow it up and IF we talk to those 2 teams, I could maybe see us sending out KG and Pierce and other parts (a pick?) and getting back Smith, Bledsoe, and Jordan - but I don't know how that works for the other teams involved - maybe ATL gets expirings and a pick out of it?

Boston says No about 1000 times.  Or I would hope they do.

Also where did Randolph get added in?  He doesn't even play for Atlanta.

Meant to say Toliver. I dont think the Celtics say no as much as you say. They turn KG/Pierce into Smith/Green expirings. Without giving up draft picks, Avery or Sully. All while getting expiring contracts and unloading Terry. Got to give to get. Maybe everyone forgot this is a trade for the future.
