Rotation is starting to take shape:

PG Conley
SG Foye
SF Carmelo
PF Millsap
C Chandler

Bench:

Aaron Brooks
Jimmy Butler
Ed Davis
Jermaine O'Neal

Still need another wing but I feel like this is shaping up to be a very dangerous team.

You stole Jermaine from me, therefore your team sucks.

But seriously, this is an excellent team provided you can shore up your SG position.  Butler can get minutes there but is young and inconsistent, Foye isn't a starter-caliber player in my opinion, and the pickings are getting pretty slim on the draft board.  If you can find a good fit there, though, this is a title contender.

I'm not sure what Gooden provides that you don't already have.  He's a decent rebounder, but you have rebounding.  He doesn't really do anything else at a high level.  He doesn't make you better on offense or defense.

Add that to the fact that he hasn't even played much this year.  He's buried on Milwaukee's bench.  I think there's probably a reason for that.

Gooden is a very good jump-shooter with range all the way to out to 20-22 feet.

Asik can't make a shot outside of 6-8+ feet.

Gooden gives them a different look offensively alongside Z-Bo plus an able replacement for Z-Bo when Z-Bo goes to the bench. It would have been better if Memphis could've gotten a better defender at PF to slot next to Z.Randolph but offensively Gooden should work well with Z-Bo.

2 is our weak spot for sure, but Foye's started over 2/3rd of his games since his rookie year.  I wouldn't call him a great starter but he's serviceable, especially as a 5th option.  We just need him to keep the floor spaced with his 3s and not get embarrassed on D or Butler comes in early.

Their whole team is screwed up because of how many bigs they have. They have like a rotation for who sits and who doesn't (they want to play their young guys), but with my team, he should have a good chance of playing more. I think ZBo-Asik-Gooden is a great Frontcourt rotation, but correct me if I'm wrong. :P

I just don't see him as a rotation-worthy player at this point in his career.  He's a terrible defender, inefficient for a big on offense and is being bypassed in the rotation by such stalwarts as John Henson and Ekpe Udoh.

Like I said, he's not playing and there's a reason for it.

Could be due to a small sample size, but shocked to see Gooden is a -22 PER at Center.

I was walking along the road with two friends
the sun was setting
suddenly the sky turned blood red
I paused, feeling exhausted, and leaned on the fence
there was blood and tongues of fire above the blue-black fjord and the city
my friends walked on and I stood there trembling with anxiety
and I sensed an infinite scream passing through nature.

There's the big I wanted. Brandon Bass joins the Grizz, thoughts? A jump-shooting big to spread the floor.
