I think Milsap+Vucevic=Love.
I think Batum is a good player that has likely reached his ceiling, which is a very good player, but not a top 2 player for a playoff team.
OJ Mayo I think is fools gold. Reminds me of another (undrafted) player who had a bad reputation but a great scouting report that gets handed minutes in bunches and bunches on a bad, desperate team, and puts up 20ppg and looks good doing it for at least half of those. But on a playoff team, he couldn't handle playing well with others, and couldn't tailor his game to play within the team's concept.
So yeah. OJ Mayo, not really a fan of him. He's on my 'do not draft' list.

I recently realized keeping West and searching for a Hibbert replacement was probably the ideal way to go.
Tough to find those thriple threat big men who can post-up/d-up/and rebound.
I absolutely love this team, so much fun. Personally, I don't think Nash is cooked as much as he's not surrounded by the right guy. D'Antoni or not, he just can't run with this current cast and I think that's why he's resided to being more of a Hornacek 2-guard. Also, I think Hibbert's a mental midget - but I think having Nash is a good thing for him. I think one of the worst things the Pacers do is force the ball into him in the post when he's just not that gifted offensively. Having Nash run the offense means that this is less likely to happen and things can come a little more naturally to him. |

I laugh at the people who said getting Crawford at 2.5 a reach: your 6th man of the year, crazy crossovers i dont have the flashy names but with Crawford driving to the basket, Jrue throwing alley-oops to McGee and Smith and Martin hitting the outside shot i have a pretty solid team and Crawford has had no problems with the Clips if anything all he's been getting is high praise  |

he is the 3rd option for the Clips behind Paul and Griffin respectively you got Granger at the first round who is coming off an injury and will be the second option and maybe maybe he will put numbers like Jamal |

I've been a big Batum supporter for a few years, count me into the camp that thinks he still has growth. He's been playing the majority of this season with a right wrist injury. Severely hampering his shot but forcing him to playmake more. I think, given some time to heal in the offseason, he'll be back to what he was earlier this year.
Also, I think Hibbert's a mental midget - but I think having Nash is a good thing for him. I think one of the worst things the Pacers do is force the ball into him in the post when he's just not that gifted offensively.
Yeah I just don't really get Roy Hibbert. You'd think that a guy who is so adept defensively would have a bit more basketball savvy in him offensively. Nash should at least help him get that turrible FG% up to a respectable number. |

Haha...he was playing 37 minutes a game at the power forward and giving up twice as many points as he scored! I don't think that's the El Jefe you're imagining, is it?
He is much improved now and if he doesn't get them Omolph Zasik will get them.
Jeff is even getting 4.8 per36 right now, with the Celtics!

He had 6.1 per 36 minutes in his rookie season, as a SF. I don't consider anything he did as a PF very important since he will never play SF on this team. And his stats in Boston are pretty flawed with a slower pace, no offensive boards etc. In his years at OKC he had: 5.4, 5.8, 6.1, 6.5 That's pretty good. And at the guy who brought up Rebound Rate, you'd have to look at his rates from only OKC, or as a SF. When he's a PF, it tells a way different story. |

Question: What percent of the available minutes has Ersan Ilyasova played at the small forward position in the last 2 seasons, despite a desperate need from the Bucks for a guy to produce there? 0% He has played 0% of the minutes there. Don't think its tenable here, at least for me. |
