Someone has to start, right?

Let's discuss teams here. What you like about it? What you don't like about others? What are you up to with the current lineup you have?

And, discuss...

There are still a ton of solid PG's out there available. Most of them are relatively cheap. You have a solid big man foundation already.

At the PG spot, I'd give some serious thought to the guy who already plays with those two.  Underrated, good defender, and his shooting ability gives ZBo and Gasol room to work inside.

Then I'd say find a wing scorer you're willing to spend on - most of the cheaper PGs will still be around in the 2nd.

Or just go bananas and get a 3rd high-caliber big and just pummel teams down low, or flip one of the 3 later when options get low and teams get desperate.

I go with wing scorer (if I were Memphis).

Got a starting three of Lawson Beal and Faried. A ton of youth and cap room do I go for big players now or keep developing a young core with cap room that will win in the future

I'd just go BPA as long as the BP isn't an older guy.  You'll have to spend some salary somewhere since we have a floor, but a lot of guys will drop due to being overpaid.  You've got the room to take those high $ players earlier or take cheaper guys now and scoop up some freefallers later.

What do people think the new-look Washington Wizards?

Tony Parker, Pau Gasol, and Nikola Pekovic.  No current 2nd-rounder (something I'm working to rectify) but a pile of picks in the third and fourth rounds.

I would say the big thing is finding in that pile of picks you have is finding and athletic defending big man

A lot of money tied up unfortunately.

I am intrigued by the idea of going small with that group. Sliding Deng over to PF and Iggy to SF. Getting more jump-shooting and dribble penetration into the lineup in the process.

It could be tough getting enough offense together if going with a more conventional lineup. Anyways, just an idea. Something to consider.
