Quote from: Atzar on February 22, 2013, 08:26:50 PMMatthews is nice, but maybe being an effective third option is a bit too much to ask of him.I would say Matthews is currently the third offensive option behind Lillard and Aldridge in Portland.

Obviously the next target is a guard.I'm very impressed with the Monta-Johnson trade. Even though you added a bunch of salary, you got rid of a pretty polarizing player. And you got more out of it than I did I like your balance of vets and youth in the starting lineup. Very hard to prepare for. However I question Thompson's defensive abilities.I think your more specific next target should be a sharpshooting guard; someone who shoots around 40% from three.

Gloat all you want IP, just realize all you're doing is giving CC more reason to gloat over Jeff Green. Can't wait to hear about that.

I like how we match up vs. the Thunder. Haven't looked at the LA teams yet.
Honestly, don't see any team beating the Lake show out West. Maybe a team in the East that could give the Lakers a run, but the Lakers are the West's best.

This is off the top of my head so I may be omitting somebody, but I see the conference final caliber-teams like this (in no particular order):East:KNICKSNetsHeatWest:ThunderLakersClippersGun to my head, I say conference finalists are Knicks vs Nets in the East, and Thunder vs Clippers in the West. Lakers and Heat are right there with them, though. The hawks think your a haterI'm just not sold on Love and Granger; Granger for the injury recovery, and Love for the injuries and because he's never been able to show he can contribute effectively to a winning team. Calderon's defense at PG is also a weak spot.If both Granger and Love can come back healthy you could have a very good squad next year, but I don't see it right now.
