Here's the current Knicks squad:

Mike Conley Jr/(Foye)
Randy Foye/Jimmy Butler
Carmelo/(Butler)
Millsap/Ed Davis/(Carmelo)
Chandler/Davis

And we still have over $25 mill in cap space to boot.  Will probably take a backup PG and C with my next picks.

I'd go for some guys that are a little more proven off the bench.  Butler and Davis are nice pieces for the future, but neither is exactly a reliable player at this point.

I do like the makeup of the team overall.  Conley's a nice, underrated PG who will play good D at the top of your defense, and Chandler is maybe the best defensive anchor in the league.  Anthony is a heck of a scorer.

A scorer off the bench would help you.  Ideally a guard who wouldn't mind playing off of Carmelo late in games.

Ball movement is a luge issue.

Better offensively, not a lot of setback defensively.

Isn't Davis currently out with a broken foot?

Yes, but Pau is starting for some team I forgot with a torn PLantar Fascia and is out for weeks too.

I don't see the argument?

The Nets will finish with the worst record and the Celtics will end up with the 4th pick.

Injuries count.

If you're talking about later in the season, sure, you've got a point.  Here and now, it doesn't fly.

More love than hate. Not sure about Ray in that bunch. If he didn't like being the 4th option in Boston, not sure how he'll like it here.

I love your C tandem. JT was a guy we'd hoped to take.

Fair point.

Okay, let's just say that's the depth chart. Until Baby gets back, Brand starts. Fair deal, right?

Jason Thompson is only on $3 million?

I thought he was on like $6 million a year. Has his contract extension not kicked in yet? I thought he had finished his rookie contract.
