I voted winning round 2 with the caveat that we would need to push the ECF to 7 games to be considered success. Getting swept in the ECF would not suffice.

Nobody on that celtics team will consider anything less than a championship a success and I won't either.

At this point keeping KG and PP. They will get you to the second round of the playoffs by themselves.

As depleted as they are, I want them to make it to Miami and make their lives miserable.  I don't think they can beat Miami, but they most certainly can put them in hell for seven games.

Maybe the Good Job, Good Effort kid can make an encore appearence.

I like the idea of having some good old fashioned two weeks of LeTravel, Dweeb, Posh Spice, and Turncoat Allen red(I mean GREEN)neck heckling.

Playing well enough to justify optimism that next season the team can be a contender after Rondo and Sullinger return from injury.

That's not successful either. Only a championship is.

Full team-wide effort is a success.  A championship is ecstasy...Although I always expect a championship, the disappointment is temporary as long as the team effort is there.

I'd argue that it's already been a successful season. The Celtics lost Rondo Sullinger and Barbosa and are mortal locks to get a playoff spot. The team has done a fantastic job rallying without Rondo.
