Bos sends: Kg,Rondo and pick(if needed)
Bos gets   : Dwight Howard and Bledsoe

Lal send   : Dwight
Lal get      : Rondo and Jordan

Lac send : Bledsoe and Jordan
Lac get    : Kg and pick from boston

That is like a perfect trade for all involved.

Bos gets their center and pg of the future

W
2013-14 Roster

Pg: Bledsoe  / Terry
Sg: Bradley / Lee
Sf: Pp          / Green
Pf: Bass      / Sully
 C: D12       / Melo

Lakers get an all-star pg and a young legit big man who is under a fair contract.

Clippers get kg and  maybe a pick from boston to make a run at a title.

What do you think?

All of this is wild speculation, however, what makes more sense is to substitute Pierce for Rondo in your proposal.  DH would be more likely to sign here with Rondo than with an aging Pierce.  LAL more likely to want to get a healthy PP, imo.

No it's not a perfect trade for us and not for the Lakers either.  Howard doesn't want to play for us.  It's been written time after time that if he doesn't sign with the Lakers that he would probably sign with either the Mavs (who will have cap space) or the Nets (that would eb through a sign and trade).  Yes we could get Lopez then which wouldn't be bad.

The Lakers have Nash so having 2 starting PG's who need the ball along with Kobe (who definitely needs the ball) isn't ideal either. I know that Rondo won't be playing until next year but Nash will still be under contract.

I have never heard or read the words , I don't want to play in Boston . He wants to be the man, and the c's roster would be very deep and dangerous with pp,green, bledsoe, terry, bradley(sully next year).  That would be better than any  roster Dallas would have next year and growing into the future.

if you're LA, would you rather have rondo and jordan or lopez from brooklyn?

simply tarde nash for a pick in the  off-seson  ,Rondo takes over from there.

My thoughts exactly. I don't want Howard unless rondo is still in green. And even then I still don't really want howard

let's be a little realistic, lakers aren't taking a 35 yr old pp, they want a showtime player like rondo

Bledsoe fits better with dwight because he can shoot

I do it!

We have to remember that KG realistically only has about half a season to a season left in him.

If you can deal him, an injured and maddeningly inconsistent point guard like Rondo for a more talented PG like Bledsoe and the best C in the league in Dwight, you have to do it!

Rondo and Kobe on the same team doesn't make sense, end of story.  They both NEED the ball to be effective.  Take a look at the past Laker teams with Kobe, they didn't have a ball dominant PG.  Rondo isn't going to be a Laker.

I don't believe any of the rumors about Dwight, nor do I believe we'd part with KG for Bledsoe and Jordan, but speaking hypothetically this trade proposal is very well thought out.

Of course, I can't see the Lakers willing to help the Clippers' titles hopes/Parting with Dwight/DA getting any great offer for an injured Rondo.

Just saw on the front page that Boston is offering green and bass for Josh Smith.......

Josh and dwight are great friends, that would certainly entice him to resign with the c's(plus c's would have the ability to offer about 30mil more than any other team)

A core of bledsoe, bradley, smith and dwight would break defensive records

LAL would not accept, they want a stretch four not DeAndre (the exact opposite) and Nash is fine.

Preface, I don't want to do this, but if you're gonna do it go nuts...

... if KG is going then Pierce is gone. So,...

KG and Bass to LAL for Dwight. KG would work with Gasol and Kobe better than DW, and Bass can be moved again.

PP and a pick to ATL for Smith. Pierce gives them a star for Smith and after the season can be traded or waived for money savings. Add Melo to the pick if you must.

Smith and Howard are friends with Rondo, so both might re- sign. This year the C's are thin, but still are competitive. This year:

Bradley, Terry
Lee, Terry
Green,
Smith, Wilcox
Howard, Wilcox, Collins
...3 mins to back up g, sf, & pf/c

Next year...
Rondo, Bradley
Lee, Terry, Barbosa
Green, FA
Smith, Sully, Wilcox
Howard, Melo, Wilcox
...3 mins for depth
