We Have To Released 1 Player To Sign 2 Free Agents Right?
Or
Trade A Guy Like Brandon Bass To Clear Some Salary Cap Space
Then After A Trade We Can Sign 1 or 2 Free Agents?
Or
Let Them Sign For The Lowest Offer 475 I Think?

The Celtics should have both roster spots and cap space to sign two free agents for the minimum salary without having to trade or release anyone.  To add a third free agent, the team would have to dump salary via trade and can't just waive a player.

Well, by trading anyone and having more outgoing salary than incoming salary.  The most likely deal to free up space to sign another free agent would be cash and Barbosa for a heavily-protected second-round draft pick.

i believe "cash" is the operative word here. someone might want to take on barbosa if the celtics are willing to stuff money into his socks.

the advantage for the celtics is that in exchange for THAT money, they will have room to sign a third place, should they so choose.

Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

danny ainge stated that he will let barbosa stay and be resign next year...

what im thinking is trading bass and wilcox or collins as filler + pick for 1 player center, then? as he stated we will resign 3 free agents, 3 slots are left

Don't remember the exact details but we traded Marquis Daniels to the Kings after he had a season ending neck injury.

That's not a smart idea because you ever you get will probably be a worse player than Bass.
