Players need consistency...I understand AB is a great defender, but JET has played some great D lately.(blocking bellineli's shot as I am posting this)...AB committed a dangerous foul(too aggressive in a situation like this)..Also putting AB in the game takes away the outside threat that JT is.

It is pretty clear to me that JT's gotta be a star(at least Dallas form) for us if we try to make noise in the playoff. Doc got to trust him.

Disagree, AB is an elite defensive player and needs to be on the floor in defensive situations no matter what.

Abs foul consisted of Nate rob dribbling straight through his chest.

Honestly, for lack of a better term that AB foul was bull... he played Robinson well, didn't reach in and was not overaggressive. I agree with the poster above me, he needs to be in the game for his defense when its on the line

Disgree with what the OP is saying...

That said, when Jason Terry is playing like he was tonight, particularly playing effective defense on Nate Robinson, I think you keep him in the game since you're not gaining much defensively with Bradley, but losing out on Terry's offense.

I'm with the OP here. Terry is the vet an has made two huge game saving defensive plays in the last three games. Let him roll.

I think they should both be on at the end.

(Bradley or Lee)/(Terry or Lee)/Pierce/(Green or Bass)/Garnett

I really hope you aren't referring to that Nate Robinson foul.

AB had position.  He jumped into him.

Really one of the worst calls I have ever seen.  If that was bad defense I don't want to see good defense.

That was totally a legitimate foul, I think we should have done it. I remember how the Knicks lost last year just because Iman did not foul Pierce and Paul was able to bury that three...

They're still talking about "could've should've" ;D

disagree, Robinson got a step on him and Bradley fell backwards trying to stay in front if him, he wasnt squared up.

How in the scenario you describe is AB taking away from JET being an outside threat seeing as it's offense for defense, Jet is in the game on offense.

Offense-Defense substitutions are not new in the NBA... This is a strategy that almost every team employs in the postseason - especially championship teams.

In favor for this and always will be as long as one player is the clearly better offensive player and one is the clearly better defensive player, which is exactly what we have here.  Terry-Bradley are basically the textbook roster to do this substitution with.

I find it funny that Terry came up with the two huge defensive plays in our last two wins.

His clutchness travels 94 feet.
