A.)  Offer him to Memphis for Marc Gasol

B.)  Keep him.  Force Kobe into retirement or him to sign elsewhere once his current contract ends and start actually building around Dwight.

B is actually my first choice, but I have a feeling they are loyal to Kobe to a fault in which case A wouldn't be a terrible option.  Marc and Pau play well together and are both the kind of player that can play off Kobe well.

I'd trade him to Boston for Green + Bass + Terry. Sounds like a fair deal to me.

Trade Howard and MWP to Atlanta for Horford and Smith. Trade Gasol to Houston for Asik, Parsons, Greg Smith, and Toney Douglas.

Nash/Douglas
Bryant/Douglas
Parsons/J Smith
J Smith/Horford/G Smith
Horford/Asik/G Smith
I don't think Atlanta makes that trade.  They would want to have the rights to both Howard and Smith who are friends.  Horford, Korver, and Petro for Howard and Metta works financially and is probably a pretty good return for Dwight given his contract situation.
