Monta Ellis for Luol Deng

I think Monta could work as a PG alongside JJ (SG) and Iggy (SF).

So it appears there are two picks from today's morning session that have yet to be made, is that right?

Not sure what the rules are on that, but I'll be nice, and wait until 1:20 to make my pick.

Of course, if someone out there wants to make me an offer, I will consider.

Once skipped, picks are skipped. Forget about them. Its up to the people who have those picks to be here or arrange to have someone pick for them.

Pick whenever you want.

You are good to go whenever you are ready to pick.

The person before you has already made their selection so you are next on the clock.

Bleh... alright.  Looking to move Butler for a pick, either a late fourth or early fifth.

I think Monta could work as a PG alongside JJ (SG) and Iggy (SF).

Ouch.

I think that would be an atrocious downgrade for Yoki.  I've long said that I don't think there's a way to make Monta Ellis a key piece on a contender, and I still agree with that.

Deng, on the other hand, is a very high end role player.

I think Chicago would be a better team for that trade.

I wonder if some of the high payroll teams were banking on Ben Gordon being available late on. Excellent pick. Dalembert is a really good backup for Bogut too.

I don't.  Monta Ellis gets passed around on these drafts probably more than any player in the league, and that's because he's an intriguing talent, but a player who doesn't really fit anywhere.

Deng is a fantastic fit along with Noah and AI2.  I think those three need to remain, no matter what Chicago does.
