Confirmed trade:

Lakers send Kobe Bryant and 4.24

Nets send Deron Williams and 3.13

If those draft picks need to be adjusted due to a dropped GM, we'll adjust it.

No, no, no. DWIGHT wanted to go to Brooklyn, silly! You messed up your primadonnas.

Interesting deal.  Brooklyn has the 2nd highest cap but Kobe makes a cool $10 mill more than Deron, so they might feel the squeeze later on.  Meanwhile LA can basically ignore salary throughout the process - just like the real Lakers!

Thought really long and hard about this, but whatever.

I'm picking Chicago with Luol Deng and Joakim Noah as my cornerstones. I could use that extra 4 million in my cap as well.

BTW, do we send trade proposals to Commish Roy?

Boom.  And just like that, 1) Yoki has a solid foundation, and 2) Derrick Rose is draftable for future-oriented teams.

If you or any other GM wants to consult with me about a trade offer, I'll try to give candid thoughts on it.

You and your trade partner should both send me deals that have been agreed to.  If I'm not around, IP, wdleehi, StartOrien, and nickagneta are all assistant Commishes.

It was a long hard thinking if I'd go the other way, but defense wins championships so, there.

If you're drafting and you're thinking to yourself "I'd like to draft Dallas so I could build for the future around OJ Mayo" then shoot me a PM
