Have we decided on a day/time for the team selection?
Tomorrow is when we were scheduled to pick teams and player selections.

No idea about the time though. I was wondering the same thing.

Shoot, I have class tomorrow from 10am until noon.  Hopefully I don't get a slot in  that time frame.

Since people are busy I think we should shoot for being done by tomorrow night, but if the first few people want to go today it would make sense to me for them to do so.

I like where I'm at. 10th pick, I'll swing with that.

Then of course, I'll trade everybody away like the GM that I am.

Yeah I'm interested to hear what a rough schedule is for the next few days.  I've only ever done the CB Draft and I know that we tend to break on weekends - is that more or less how this draft works?

Yeah, exactly the same.

The time slots where afternoon (starting at 2pm) and early evening (ending at 8pm) last year with a break between 5 and 6 ... for the first week. 10 minutes between picks.

Then two rounds a day the second week to fill out your bench. One round in the morning and one in the afternoon. 5 minutes between picks.

Yeah, I'm stuck in the middle as well.  Doesn't seem like a very desirable place to be.

Oh well, I'll just have to hack the server and swap draft spots with someone.  That way I get first pick of teams and players.

Depending on who is available when I pick, and who is available when you guys pick I might be interested in some type of trade.

If anyone in the bottom 4 or top 4 wants to pick 16th in teams and 16th in players, hit me back, just to chat.

I'll announce draft times later this afternoon.  The selection process will be spread out over two days, so as to give people a little more time to select their teams and keepers.

I have no major objection if folks want to start announcing their teams today, so long as nobody gets skipped and there's no pressure put on GMs who wait until tomorrow.

So with 28 slots, 2 NBA rosters are going to be completely up for grabs in the player draft?  So no one will have to be stuck with Orlando and Charlotte.

Thanks, Who.  Much appreesh.

Sounds like my pick two team and my ski trip to vermont won't clash...although maybe I can squeeze it in during a late night game. "Ok whoever can give me the most compelling arguement for selecting Chris Bosh as LeBron's number 2 over Dwayne Wade gets my two clear cards."
