I move that i should still be able to select Jimmy Butler with the pick at 5.21, because I deserve it.

I think we all deserve it. Jimmy Butler for all.

Pains me to overpay, but I can't resist Marvin Williams' skillset.  Rockets take the former #2 pick.

Taken already? I feel like he's off the board.

Edit: I may be completely wrong on this.

So, do folks want to try to do a coaches round beginning over the weekend (no set times), or skip it?

Cavs select Isaiah Thomas, assuming he's still available.

One thing I don't like is that I'm wondering if you'd be better off with a back up pg who could play some 2. Thomas and Irving can't really share the court.

But at the same time he's a heckuva value here.

You know what I realized? I realized that as long as Irving, Anderson, and Bynum are all on the court together, I would not want for points.

But I needed someone reliable to run the second unit, a sparkplug who could microwave to the heat of a thousand suns, as well as start a few games each year while Irving takes his perquisite2 weeks off with a strained hamstring.

Thomas fits your squad well.  Good pick-up

But when exactly is Bynum ever going to be "on the court"?

One week. Practicing in one week.

According to who? Gob Bluth?

Going to be getting to the point soon for some teams to post their salaries with their picks to show they can fit the pick in their cap space.

I say yes. Another angle to have fun with and something to keep interest going over the weekend.

I'd love it if there were set or even loose times -- say after an hour or two of no picks it moves onto the next person in queue.

Yep, I'm next. Let's keep it going.

With the 5.20, Portland selects Nick Collison.
