I haven't been in love with Redick in the past but living in Tampa and now watching him every game(Magic games are piped in here), I have to say, he's a heck of a player. Really has transform his game and stepped it up a level or three.

Redick is a very good player, too.  He's the guy I would have taken over Jamal Crawford.

I also needed another good guy/team guy to offset the attitudinal others in the locker room. Besides, JJ and D12 already have chemistry
