Credit where it's due:  Bass is the only player on our team who has consistently shown energy tonight.  The rest of the team has been erratic at best.

Tom thibodeau is a defensive genius ..why'd we get rid of him again? He's been as big a loss as any player from the time we've been to the finals.

slowly exposing us without rondo after seeing us for a half

We did not get rid of him. He got rid of us. Hard to argue with his option of staying an assistant in Boston or the head guy in Chicago.
True
True I guess my point is why didn't we keep him at all costs

How do you keep an assistant coach from taking a head coaching job for a team like the Bulls? Blackmail?

Great outlet by Green. That's how you play basketball.

Showing some energy finally. I'd still be happier if this was the second quarter with that score.

It's not like our defense has regressed without him due to coaching.  That 07 defense was super dominant but the fact our defense has only been great without thibs and not all time great is because we haven't had fifty quality (healthy) bigs like we did that year and ray and pierce's primes all ended.

Thibs did the right thing, we did the right thing.

If doc had retired you might have had a point.

I dont min pierce shooting no matter how bad he's been shooting.

What I do mind is him insisting on taking contested fadeaway midrange jumpers like he thinks he's Michael Jordan- usually I don't mind but tonight is clearly not the night for that.

Green was getting guarded by rip Hamilton and doc didn't call a single play for our most athletic player with a three inch 50 pound advantage.  Stupid.  Post him up every play.   Force deng to guard green.

Funny how when pierce Isnt in taking terrible shots our offense explodes.

Someone give me my tommy point.

This is where Green is different than early in the year. If he struggled shooting early on, was a complete nonfactor. Tonight he is 1-7 from the field, but is playing great defense, moving the ball, a few blocks, even is rebounding okay.
