I'd trade Rondo for either one, though I prefer Al for the reasons above (low post offense and having a C when KG is out).

Trading Rondo for either one of those guys would be insane. Maybe for both but the money doesn't work. Utah gets a top 5 PG in return for guys they aren't even committed to keeping next year. I might move Rondo for Millsap/Favors or Millsap/Kanter. Even then I think the trade is only fair because Rondo is injured.

I prefer Millsap to Big Al individually but I think Big Al could be of more use to this Boston team with his shot creation out of the low post.
