I like the mix of vets and newbies.

So when do we select teams?

Lucky, I've got my spreadsheets going already.

I would think it's best to wait a while longer to see if we can pickup a few more participants. Try to get into the high 20s.

I think the "interest threads" usually run for a week or two before things get started anyway.

Yeah, I think 28 would be ideal. That would be great if we can get that many.

Dump Orlando and somebody else ... maybe Charlotte.

Orlando would really suck.  The Magic have to be the worst Pick II roster in the league. You would be starting off with JJ Redick or Arron Afflalo and Niko Vucevic. How do you build anything with that? Ugh ... that would be a nightmare.

I agree

I think it'd be better though if we all started with 70 million as it wont be competitive for the teams that have to get the bad teams like charlotte

There's no rush on this, folks.  Relax.  We'll get started when we've heard from more GMs.

Ideally, we'll have a full 30 GMs.  There should be a minimum of 24, but hopefully more.  If teams have to be contracted, we'll let the GMs decide what teams those will be via the draft (i.e., whichever teams don't get picked are contracted).
