And I thought this was something where it is/was at the time attainable.

Since it looks like it's just random, i have my own.

PG - Rajon Rondo
SG - Angel
SF - Sheamus
PF - Steve Rogers
C  - Kevin Garnett

Still not enough speed or size to deal with my team.

P.S.  Apache Chief is my version of Perk.

He plays defense and only sets picks on offense way outside.  Otherwise, he would block the basket for his teammates.

You have Flash and Supes. Unfair. At least make it realistic. At least there is some Celtic blood running into my team's veins, unlike yours, Commish.

I think this was as realistic as Kobe agreeing to be on the third team of any team.
Not when you've got DC and Marvel intermingling.

I'll take you with

NightCrawler
Spiderman
Mr. Fantastic
Jean Grey/Phoenix
and Rogue so that I can drain your guys

Defense wins championships.

Plus I'm bringing Bullseye off the bench for that instant offense (screw the one with arrows).

I know.

That's why I have the chief.  He can block the lane and not stand in the lane at the same time.

And good luck on getting any passes complete with the team speed.
Easy, my point guard can get the ball to anywhere on the court he wants to go (and dunk right past Apache).  My SG passes the ball like it's on a string (literally).  Mr. Fantastic doesn't even have to let go of the ball when he passes.  Jean Grey is the master at lobbing the ball over the defense.  And Rogue has her choice of which speed she want to absorb, leaving your guy face down begging for a sub.

Flash and Superman are still fast enough to steal he ball before it is out of his hand.

And if they stay in constant motion, Rogue will never have a chance to touch them.

And let's be honest, Superman and the Hulk will get away with whatever they want.  You think officials don't want to call fouls on Lebron.  Wait until you see them officiate superman.

And no official will be brave enough to call a foul on the Hulk.
Um FTs?  Jump balls.  Etc.

Plus Jean can hold them down without getting called for it.  And you won't be able to steal it from Nightcrawler before it leaves his hands, he can just hand it off because he'll always be a step ahead.  He's got unpredictability on his side.  Mr. Fantastic can just wrap his arms around the ball so you can't pick it without grabbing wrist.

I think we'll be trading 3s for 2s anyway.  You're spacing is terrible.

And I thought it went without saying that refs in this universe would also have super powers and not be scared of anyone.

You know as soon as she got close to Superman, they will call a flagerant 2 on her and kicker her out.

Everyone knows that Superman brings the ratings! ;D

Yeah, I guess you got a point there.  They couldn't let Superman get embarrassed by a team with two chicks.

PG: Lebron James/ Rajon Rondo/D-Rose
SG: Paul George/ James Harden
SF: Kevin Durant/ Paul Pierce
PF: Dirk Nowitzki/ Anthony Davis
C : Kevin Garnett/ Tim Duncan

I'll take that team to war with anyone's team. Almost left Rondo off because of attitude but we need the pass 1st mentality. Plus I was going for a BIG all-round versatile team with size, smarts, handle & good shooting.

There is evidence that Megatron has been using a form of PEDs!

Start at 6:10 mark

This is a thread that should never die due to the sheer ridiculousness of it.

I'd like these 3 guys on my team with Nolte named as the director of player scouting.

But wait a second... Does that mean Steve Rogers would be in trouble as well?

Only if plays overseas.  I can't see the NBA wanting to bring down the symbol of America's heroism.
