:o I think we got one! Since we don't need him...

http://espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=av5v2tv

Bos Gets: Gragic, Gortat, Dudley, 2nd rounder

Phx Gets: Rondo, Bass, Melo, 1st rounder

probably some fillers or picks included

I like this one. Great for both teams

I love it.  Not just to trade Rondo for a starting C plus a good backup PG in Dragic, but dropping the now-overpaid Bass (overpaid for a 3rd-4th big) is a bonus, though I'm not wild about Dudley as being much of an upgrade over anyone, but could perhaps backup Green when Pierce retires.

It would depend on how much Phoenix thinks of Rondo.  I could understand why some teams might not want him at all and some might covet him.

Great deal for celtics but not sure Phoenix does it. Rondo being hurt is a big red flag the second part is not havin talent to put around rondo. If they do this they need to have room to go after I smith or mil sap us a center

If you replace Dudley with Beasley then Phoenix would do that. Ainge has kicked the tires on Beasley before but he is a head case. I think his second home is the Maricopa County jail.
The beatings will continue until morale improves

If there's a medical staff that's guaranteed to make rondo shine bright again it's Phoenix's
Practice? Whatchu talkin about practice?

I wasn't even thinking the knee might be why a team doesn't want him.  I think his personality or perceived personality might scare some away and his game might scare some others.  I just assume everyone comes back from ACL and MCL tears nowadays.
