Just got back from the Garden from my first "in person" game of the year.  Also my daughter's first game ever (which was really fun).

- You could see from an early stage that Pierce had his legs under his jumpers for the first time in a while.  Even on an early miss he had a lot more arc on it.

- Maybe Terry's best game as a Celtic. He was very much under control and hit a ginormous shot.

- It was cool to see Grant Hill one last time.  One of my all time favorites, but man, he is beyond done.

- Club seats are worth the extra $$$, but a knucklehead sitting in front of you can suck the joy out of any priced seat (we moved and after the 1st and enjoyed the rest of the game).

- Lee looked super shaky

- Jordan is impressively bouncy in person

- Crowd was pretty much dead except when the Jumbotron told them when to make noise.

- a guy from the crowd just missed winning a car on a rimmed out half court shot.  I have no idea how you get that close under pressure with no practice!

-  Odom is still a jerk, just a less talent one now.

- Griffin seems smaller in person, and Pierce always seems bigger.

- Loved showing my daughter all of the banners!

Lee should not play the 4th. Just keeps losing the ball when he gets passes down low or misses shots.

AB has to make his shots. Still a super key defense in the final minute

I'm in NYC so I'll probably see a Knicks-Celtics or Nets-Celtics sometime.

man, I just graduated from college with no job yet...so I can't be blowing money for Celtics games :(

thats such a bummer because if I had the money I definitely would went with my friend to watch the Heats game, He said the top seats were 200 bucks a piece!!!

I'm determined to watch a game this season in person!!!

check the resell sites close to game against non-prime teams.  There a bunch of seats on stubhub yesterday.  The price dropped $20 in an hour on the ones I got yesterday.  They probably would gave gone lower but I had a two hour drive and couldn't wait it out.
