This is totally different from what happened to Sullinger. MKG's injury may be very serious, and was a total fluke. Sullinger's back issue was expected and he will be fine.

Best wishes to MKG, I hope he's ok.

Lots of bad injuries these days... remember TJ Ford?
Something should probably change...

Concussions too, they're scary (even Fab's)

Duncan with sprained left knee and right ankle, and Durant left his game with a back injury. Hope these guys are OK, especially MKG ... his looked the worst by far.

Pure misfortune... Or do safety regulations and health education factor in? :O

Did he get injured getting tackled? That is the only situation where I could see a rule change.

Guys will always get injured. That is the nature of playing at such a high intensity. Funny how some fans often doubt how hard these guys work but they train hard and then put themselves at risk multiple times during a game through their exertion.

Way too many abbreviations in this world, IMO. ;)

(Sorry, couldn't resist ... but I actually do get irritated by them at times).

Just watched the play -- what rule change would we implement? Don't play defense? No jumping allowed? Have guys play games on NBA 2K13?

There was nothing to change on the play. 2 guys tried hard on defense and hit one another. If that play is unacceptable, ban the sport.

It would be nice if players had to actually accomplish something before getting an abbreviation.
