first...let's put away all the trade the Capt nonsense...go ask Russell, Cooz, Tommy, Hondo, etc what they think...you know the answer...

secondly...Celtic Pride was built on Havlicek stealing the ball, the 1969 Championship team, the Triple OT game against Phoenix, coming back against Philly in 1981 down
3-1...Henderson stealing the ball, Bird stealing the ball, Bird coming back after hitting his head on the parquet, the 4th qtr comeback against the Nets in 2002, Pierce coming back after being carted off in a wheelchair...the list goes on and on and on...

i love where we are at...back against the wall...that's what Celtic Pride is all about...

I donīt know, as long as they donīt trade Easy Ed for unproven rookies, Iīm good.

You just donīt trade a winner like Macauley who has done so much for this franchise.

What are you going to accomplish by blowing it up? Blow it up how? If you're going to say it in every thread, explain...

there's no reasonably good outcome to trading away half our team right now, if that's what you mean by "blowing it up."

Blow it up

We get it. You've made it painstakingly clear in the past 5 threads.

Bill Russell is not walking thru that door

...at least we hope he isn't, after his stellar job with the Clips.

that's interesting since Russ coached the c's from 1966 to 1969, the sonics from 1973 to 1977 and the kings from 1987 to 1988...

russ was coach and gm of the sonics from 1973 to 1977 and played a big part in building the sonics into the team that went to the nba finals in 1978 and 1979 against the bullets both times with the sonics winning in 1979 under lenny wilkens
