Honestly, I'd rather watch Pierce fade off painfully into the sunset than be subjected to three years of Gerald Wallace. I've watched Wallace a bunch this year, and all he wants to do is spot up for 3's with that horrific looking release of his. He's a terrible shooter, an overrated defender, and he makes Green's contract look like a bargain.
If Danny was to deal Pierce to the Nets, I'd rather we'd bring back Humphries than Wallace. I'd also ask the Nets for the likes of some of their Euro imports such as Teletovic, Shengelia (who owns the D-league) and the rights to Bojan Bogdanovic (one of the top Euro players). Oh yeah, and have them throw in Marshon too.
