Heard someone say this may be because it's a less serious injury than Rose's (a partial tear?). Any truth to this? Could be a silver lining.

But! Even if it's a less serious injury, it's crazy how he played through it.

Yeah, I was wondering the same thing. I knew he dinged his knee, but then he played the rest of the game and over times and he was pushing the ball, cutting hard on both legs, going to the floor and for rebounds.

How is that even possible?

Second question:

If the answer is because it's a partial tear do they have to completely tear and then replace it during the surgery? Or is it just a healing time?
