Delonte West is the best available option to upgrade the team because Boston wouldn't have to give up anything to acquire him.

I agree with the reasoning behind this choice, even if I'm not crazy about Delonte.

I really hope we aren't planning to give up anything of substantial value.
The chances of Delonte returning to the Celtics after he suck punched his own team mate in the locker room his last go around are below zero.

(He's cooked and is close with the Knicks organization.  He and Rondo have the roller-skating thing in common, though.)

Moe williams - 8 mil expiring

How sweet would a Moe Williams and Millsap deal be. Both are expiring and wouldn't effect next years salary .

Utah sends: Moe Williams, Millsap
Bos sends: Bradley and Green, Bass

FWIW, Mo Williams is out until at least March with a thumb injury.

C's don't need to acquire a PG, they need to acquire a Center.

Bingo!!!!!!!

Yeah I don't get why people think we need a half year rental when we have four guys that could split the PG minutes. Plus if PP stay in town they run the offense threw him, so that would be 5 guys that can handle the point why Rondo is healing.

If a move is to be made its either blow it up, or bring in  a big and make a run.

Let the abuse come  :P

Stephon Marbury is averaging 29 points per game with 5 assists, shooting 39% from 3 and a 60 FG%. Also getting 5 boards a game(no obvious comments on this one!  8)

Yes, he is in Chinese league and did win a title last year for the Ducks and yes it is not the nba.

Please dont ban me for suggesting this :o

I like Sean Livingston. Nice length on defense. Solid ballhandler. Could be had for Willcox and a second -- no sacrifice of the future.

I'm actually on the Lowry/Calderon bandwagon if you don't have to give up too much to acquire one of them

How about Jeremy Pargo? He was cut by the Cavaliers when their injured guards returned (Irving, Waiters, Gibson), but he had been more than serviceable for as long as he needed to start, with 14,5PPG and 4,4APG. He also had a big game against the Sixers:

He might not be the best floor general, but he's a great ball handler and a very explosive slasher and finisher, something we could definitely use. His decision making is questionable though...

I'm from Europe, so I know him from his tenure with Maccabi Tel Aviv, and he was a monster there, leading his team to the Euroleague Final in 2011.

I know the guy was cut by the Cavs but so was Danny Green and look at him now... and this guy looks really talented, I think we should give him a chance like a 10-day deal and see what he's got...

I really like the Marbury idea, but I doubt he can get out of the chinese contract.
