Not as gruesome as most serious knee injuries we see. Not many athletes have done something like this then played 13 minutes.

Whether you love or hate him, sucks to see this happen to anyone's career. People forget it's just a game, and these are people's lives. Athletes coming back strong from this kind of thing is inspirational.

Let's hope Rondo can overcome the odds and return the same level player. He may be lazy in the regular season, but in the playoffs he's an enigma we should relish watching.

He's a Celtic through and through.

Notice he didn't come out of the game, didn't let on that he was injured, and showed up at the Garden for the next game planning on playing. If it turned out to be a strain and not a tear he'd have played most of the game and been killed on these boards for a lack of heart/effort/consistency because he wouldn't be as active or aggressive as normal.

kg let on to the fact that rondo has played through a lot that media and fans aren't aware of
there is a group on here that are felgerists (just made that up) they are happier bashing players than actually supporting the team
in no order rondo, pierce, green, lee
and the funny thing is the opinions shift sooo fast, more than a few people were bashing green then in the next breathe start green and cut pierce

True story.

Combine the elbow vs Miami and playing on a torn acl, no one should question Rondo's toughness.
