No racism or anything here.
I noticed that our Celtics team is all-black, after Darko left, which isn't too rare seeing as the league is mostly black, since black people are better at basketball than whites, overall.
All teams have black players.
But, the Timberwolves..... They seem too white to not be manufactured. Rubio. Shved. Kirilenko. Love. Ridnour. Barea. Amundson. Budinger. Steimsma. Pekovic.
Plus a white coach, a desire to trade their black player, Derrick Williams for.... A white guy, Pau Gasol. No team desires and possesses as many whites as these Wolves.
I don't know if I'm manufacturing this out of nothing, but it seems a little absurd. Humph. Weird.

Who cares?
They're playing well, and they happen to be primarily white. What's the big deal?

I was suggesting the fact that they are actively pursuing white players over black players, and that it was not a coincidence, and found it curious so I thought to share it with y'all.

What if Pau Gasol was black? You think they wouldn't pursue him?

Therefore, the city, the coach, the coaching staff, the GM, and the owner MUST be racist:-))) Come on!!!
Let's get to where we can judge people by the CONTENT of their basketball resume rather than by the color of their skin:-))
I have heard something like that somewhere before:-))
Do some on this board like conspiracies???

This trend began with David Khan. They were not such a white team back when McHale was running things.

Just because they like to sign white people more than black people means they're racists? They own the team, they can sign who they want supposedly. Maybe it's a coincidence that they're all white. I just find that unlikely.

This is funny, I don't think its Racism, but, it would be awesome to be a fly on the locker room of this team. Could they be wondering why they are all white too?
