Great effort so far without Rondo. I don't expect it to last

Solid #NBA source tells me the Boston @Celtics are fearing a possible torn ACL for Rajon #Rondo. Results from MRI coming soon. Updates ASAP.
 Retweeted by CelticsBlog

So they decided to wait two days before getting an MRI on a torn ACL?

Yeah. Not buying it...

Don't buy it either. If it is a torn ACL, Rondo has an incredible pain threshold - going through shoot around and everything.

That call was DISGUSTING!

The refs could all clearly see it was entirely Lewis.  It was in the open court with no one else around.

But, can't make the correct call and give Boston the free throw.  Must make the NBA-mandated call and protect the Heat.

It makes me want to vomit.

Got a feeling that Pierce wont be around here after the deadline.
Why, because he sucks?  Can we stop trying to trade players that suck please.
No because we are struggling right now and Pierce is our most "valuable" trade piece right now.

Double tech is the regular call in such things. If players get too close to each other, they call it so that it ceases the tension.
Pretty meaningless, but it's their perspective.

What were the refs waiting for to call a T on Lewis? You can't just hang your hands around a guy's neck like that. Of course he's going to react eventually.

So you can't shove someone off you when they have you in a headlock.
Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

Cant believe this..
Great defense by Sully, but once again no one to rebound.

I think it is clear. The refs are why this team is mediocre at 20-23  ::)

I hate this double technical crap. That was on Lewis for wrapping Sully up around the neck.

Sullinger should have at least made it worth it and threw him to the ground.
