Theoretically, you'd completely swap players, coaches, etc. They'd all be on the Celtics. You'd keep them and do what you want with them (make trades and such).
For most, I'd want the Thunder.
For least, I'd not want the Suns. They are a bad team overall and have no legitimate prospects, unlike other teams.

Actually, pencil the Bulls in as my #2. I'd love to see the Celtics actually PLAY SOME DEFENSE every so often.
They also have the Charlotte pick, which is really nice.

No worries, though. I looked it up and the pick is top 12 protected in 2013, top 10 protected in 2014, top 8 in 2015, and unprotected in 2016. Hopefully the Bobcats can manage to get better by then, or we might see a top 5 rookie talent playing along side Rose in his prime.

Okc, Heat, Chicago, Celtics, Clippers
I don't pay enough attention to the teams that suck to pick a bottom 5. I know the Celtics are by far the biggest underachievers. For those that think its the Lakers, just watch one of their games. They have NO bench. There best player is a ball hog and 1437 years old, and DuWite looks about 6'7" as a faker. They really may be in the worst shape
