Hawks comeback win is all on Pierce (and doc). Iso against Josh Smith was totally lame. Pierce gave Korver way to many open looks and did not make him pay on the other end.

And some people still wouldn't trade him......that is staggering to me.

Doc is throwing the starters under the bus on the comeback. Pierce was horrible on 'D'.

People are going as far as calling me a moron for even suggesting pierce gets benched or traded. It really is unbelievable.

And he should along with put the blame on him. The lead went away when the lackadaisical starters who played lazy and careless came in along with Doc coaching horrible during the end.

Pretty brutal. A -30 on the night.
I still don't think we should trade him or demote him. I do think we should give him some nights off.

Rondo, Bass, and Pierce ruined that 2nd half in some manner.

Benched him on my fantasy team; but yeah I feel for Doc, not an easy situation. He does not help by just letting guys play and not holding them accountable. If Green were playing better I think he would sit Pierce.

Doc also was at fault here, we went small and they made us pay, particularly with Pierce as a PF... he has no business there against Smith.

Why has Pierce aged so much faster than a guy like Kobe? I don't get it.

+1 for hanging on to your beliefs...I am with you, and until now (hopefuiiy)more and more people will see the "Light" about Pierce. I thought it was supposed to be the name on the front of the jersey that's most important. Obviously, many people don't agree with us.

Kobe's has always been more athletic than Pierce. Plus, I think only KG works harder than Kobe does at basketball. That kind of conditioning helps prolong your career.

Good call. Could not play Collins and Sullinger got abused when he went in. Not sure what is going on with Bass.
