We might as well put Tyrion in at center.

I know it's unrealistic but im still crossing my fingers for Cousins.

Hopefully...But then we'd have to give Bradley up, most likely...

With the 16th pick of the 2013 NBA Draft, the Boston Celtics select Daenerys Targaryen (and her 3 dragons + 8000 Unsullied) from the continent of Essos!

Ive come to strongly believe that the best first step for this team is to trade Rondo. Get back a prospect, an expiring, and good draft pick.

I'm hoping for Cousins too but Bradley won't be enough. The Kings aren't trading him unless it's for Rondo, even then it's still 50/50. It's ridiculous to think that we can get DMC without giving up Rondo.

I dont want to give up Rondo without getting back an instant impact player in return. Someone like Cousins.

Just blow it up

KG to LAC for Jordan

Cut PP after the year , only have to pay him 4 mil towards the cap next year.

Trade Lee for Redick's expiring contract

try to get rid of Bass and/or Green for expiring

...Why even trade for Gortat and Reddick? Do you guys want to be the Pacers and become really good but not good enough to win it all? It's all or nothing and we should be sellers if a huge deal to make us much better isn't available.

It kind of scares me he is open about that. I never want an owner being heavily involved in trades.

Why, the team sucks right now. I'd rather have an active owner than one who bull s** me by telling me "how hard the team is trying" as they are losing 10 games in a row.

On the celtics pregame show they just showed an interview Wyc did on NECN today saying that moves are likely in February.

So who are we going to end up with?

Dream scenario for me

Josh Smith + redick

realistic

Gortat and Redick

josh smith? no thanks.

The team is not fun to watch. They're just....bad. It's time for Ainge to approach KG and ask him if he'd like to be traded to a contender. He should do the same for Pierce. Get back whatever you can. Let those guys go and ride off into the sunset, and try to position the team for a good draft pick. It's time to rebuild, as i don't see any potential trades for marquee players that will put them over the top.

If Danny's rumored Pierce trade had gone through, the C's could have Drummond right now, no?

I think the moves that we're more likely to see will be minor ones involving guys like Barbosa, Wilcox, Collins, etc., and/or the signing of veterans who have secured buyouts after the trade deadline passes.

and that would accomplish what exactly? ???

Shoring up the team and filling the two open roster spots.

shoring up the team for a 1st or 2nd round boot out of the playoffs?

If we're lucky. I don't see how we can get much. IF we make it to the second round I'd be shocked. I'm starting to think the playoffs could be difficult.

can't expect management to wanna pay the tax for this crap, they try'll and dump $2 million off payroll to get under the threshold, the griz had to give up a pick just to dump spieghts, can't imagine what it will take to dump terry, bass or green.
