I'm always been on Doc side, but taking Green off this game end keeping Pierce in is just masochistic.
The Celtic in me.

Awful!!!
Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

dear Paul Pierce,

We love you, but it isn't 2010 anymore. the iso with the game tied is a abject failure. Josh Smith just embarrassed you. Stop it.

Signed,

The fan base.

Ball game there. What an epic choke job.

Time to play for the future. This team stinks

Jeff Green is having one of his best games as a Celtic so he hasn't seen the floor since mid 4th quarter?
of course not, we have 35 year old paul pierce having a terrible game. no minutes for jeff green! (i love pierce...but there is NO REASON he should be getting more minutes than green tonight)

This is rock bottom.

You sure?  Because we have a game with Miami coming up...

My prediction:  Lebron outscores the entire Celtics team.

doc can just take a direct flight to orlando.

You do realize he still gets paid either way.

Make him coach the Claws.  It'd be fitting for his level of coaching these days.

I just tried to write something positive. Something about 2nd night of back to back and such.  Can't do it.  This team needs a serious facelift.

OK never mind, it's 4 am here, i'm going to bed. I might actually cry if i see them lose again after being up by 27. Echo: I love the celtics but this team... I want to believe but stuff like this...

6 straight losses. what a chokejob. 27 point lead blown. doc needs to be fired NOW. no need to bother coming back to boston. Send him packing DA.
LET'S GO CELTICS!

Gotta be the pierce iso. Only real late game play Boston has. I smell double overtime

Sigh.

I'm so glad we have a coach who is one of the best in the league at drawing up set plays out of timeouts!

The other team  never knows what's coming . . . unless it's the most crucial possession of the game.

I think Doc is trying to make a point -- that PP can't go for 38 minutes a night anymore -- and he'll have a lot of evidence when he sits him down this week to discuss a possible move to 6th man.
