Don't see the upside for Denver. I don't think they are a 35-year old Pierce away from contending.
I'd do it on the Celtics end, but I think Doc might have an aneurysm with McGee.

Revised trade. Pierce and Bass plus a second rounder.
For Brewer W Chandler and J Mcgee
Why for Denver, they get depth and shooting at the four spot. Plus a huge upgrade over Brewer at the wing spot. Plus Pierce would be the best closer the team had and could in theory have more juice left in the 4th quarter.
A rotation Of Pierce, Iggy, A Miller, Gallo, the Manimal, Koufos, Bass, Mozgov and Ty Lawson not bad

It's possible, reports out of Denver that Karl is frustrated with McGee. You can't trade PP, unless he asks to be traded, it's just bad business.

If Denver adds a 1st and leaves out melo then the Cs have to think about it but McGee scares me. It's hard to coach away dumb. Would like this better http://espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine
