  • Boston Celtics= Championships, nothing less.
We should destroy them tonight.
Home crowd, coming off 4 bad losses.
We always rise up on occassions like this.
Playoff atmosphere and the Knicks won't be 100%.

Also, I don't know why people are whining about Crawford and Bavetta. They generally let us play very physical which is an advantage for us- particularly Avery, KG and Rondo on defense.

Better than having Marc Davis.
"We are lucky we have a very patient GM that isn't willing to settle for being good and coming close. He wants to win a championship and we have the potential to get there still with our roster and assets."

quoting 'Greg B' on RealGM after 2017 trade deadline.
Read that last line again. One more time.

Loss

I always said when I left the Celtics, I could not go to heaven, because that would
be a step down. I am pure 100 percent Celtic. I think if you slashed my wrists, my
blood would’ve been green.  -  Bill "Greatest of All Time" Russell

Bass is worthless.
Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

How do you not call a foul on Bradley's getting bumped taking the jumper?

I don't know why Garnett moves so far out when a smaller player switches on him. Stay on the elbow. Don't go back up to the 22 foot marker to make the catch. Elbow, 1-2 dribbles and you get yourself a nice 10-12 footer. Why take a 15-16 footer instead?

I can't explain how bad Bass hurts this team. The mismatch should be the sf (Melo) guarding our PF. But Bass is awful in the low post.

Now if that had been Sully, ...
